5 Minute Friday: Enough
Even though God allows bad things to happen, he does not cause them to happen. When I turn on the TV and the first thing I see is the Colorado mass shooting…I think Enough. Enough of the evil and enough of the shootings in Colorado. Enough of the news comparing every accident in Colorado to the Columbine shooting. Enough.
I believe that suffering comes as a result of separating from God. When we don’t follow God’s word, and every time we sin, the more we cause ourselves and other’s pain.
God gives us a choice. Enough of the excuses. Enough of the news trying to understand why this person committed the crimes. Enough. He made a choice, a very evil choice. God did not do this.
“In this world you have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)
Prayers to all the families effected by the actions of this man in Colorado. Enough of the evil. Prayers to all the children in the world who do not follow or believe in God. Reach out to a young person today and teach them about God and that his promises are enough. It will make a difference.

Good comment Brandy, we cannot let evil win and it will not win because we have read the end of the book(BIBLE) We need to be vigelent , a watchman. We need to pay attention to what our gov does and try to stop it. They want to take our 2nd amendant rights away starting at the United Nations, we have got to be aware, they also want to take our free speach also.
