How do I Connect more..
Tonight we are having dinner with a group of people we have met at the new church we are attending. It is an exciting time for us as we try to connect more with other couples. Since moving several times in the last few years it feels as if we have been disconnected from all things outside of our little family. We want to connect more. The Bible talks about connecting more with Jesus, but it also talks about having friendships with others.
A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends
We are also called to connect with non-believers.
“Christ was on a mission to reconcile the world to Himself. He had both unbelieving friends and believing friend. He sought to win the lost and to disciple the won. There was a great balance in his ministry. If you want to follow Christ’s example, associate with all those in need. The Kingdom will be here soon. Let us keep our focus straight. The one thing we will not be able to do in heaven is to bring an unbeliever to Christ. Let us have unbelieving friends.”
As you go out today, try to connect with at-least one person, someone you have never connected with. You never know when that connection might be just what he/she needed today!

Hi Brandy! Loved everything you had to say here! I definitely want to work on getting together with other couples, now that I’ve got a strong core group of girlfriends My husband is a bit of an introvert, so I want to pull him out of himself a little bit more.
Really liked this.
Thanks Denise! Have a wonderful day!
I’m always saying that we weren’t meant to live this Christian life in isolation. We need to connect! Love your post and glad you are connecting Brandy.
Blessings and love,
Debbie
